HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton Parks and Recreation Department was busy this fall with young soccer players honing their skills and competing in games.
A large number of youths in grades kindergarten to sixth grade participated in this year’s fall soccer program, under the direction of Marie Carmichael, recreation director.
