Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1% and skim milk.
Wednesday, Nov. 1 — Strudel stick, fresh fruit.
Thursday, Nov. 2 — Flapjacks, maple syrup, chilled fruit.
Friday, Nov. 3 — Oatmeal, cinnamon crumb cake, fresh fruit.
Monday, Nov. 6 — Whole-wheat doughnut, chilled fruit.
Tuesday, Nov. 7 — Oatmeal, Shire egg McMuffin, chilled fruit.
Wednesday, Nov. 8 — Multigrain bagel, cream cheese/jelly, fresh fruit.
SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch
All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.
Wednesday, Nov. 1 — Turkey and cheese hard hat, garden salad, corn chowder, crackers.
Thursday, Nov. 2 — American chop suey, cornbread, coleslaw, baby carrots.
Friday, Nov. 3 — Barbecue chicken pizza, red-skinned fried potatoes, green beans/cheese sauce.
Monday, Nov. 6 — Hamburger/whole-wheat bun, cheese slice, lettuce and tomato, celery sticks, macaroni/tuna salad.
Tuesday, Nov. 7 — Soft-shell taco lettuce/tomato cup, salsa, sour cream, corn.
Wednesday, Nov. 8 — Grilled ham and cheese, pea pods, chicken stew, crackers, Icey-Juicey.
SAD 29 Jr./Sr. High School Lunch
Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.
Wednesday, Nov. 1 — Build a sandwich, chicken noodle soup, crackers.
Thursday, Nov. 2 — American chop suey, oatmeal rolls, green beans in cheese, chilled fruit.
Friday, Nov. 3 — Chicken quesadillas, baked potato, fresh corn on the cob.
Monday, Nov. 6 — Cheeseburger/whole-wheat bun, chicken stir-fry.
Tuesday, Nov. 7 — Soft-shell taco, corn, chicken and rice.
Wednesday, Nov. 8 — Build a sandwich, corn chowder, crackers.
