PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Presque Isle Regional Career and Technical Center chapter of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) held their annual harvest supper and auction on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, at the Presque Isle Snowmobile Club.
Kathy Peary and Mary Trainer from Presque Isle catered a Thanksgiving-style meal which everyone attending enjoyed. Area businesses donated beverages and made financial contributions toward the meal.

FBLA members met at the clubhouse two days prior to the event to set up tables, chairs, and decorate with fall decor. On Thursday, those students that could attend all worked together organizing auction items prior to the meal and helping with whatever they could do to make the evening run smoothly.
Tom Drew, the auctioneer, entertained the crowd throughout the auction. The money raised that evening will help the students pay for registration fees to attend the spring FBLA convention in Portland.
FBLA members present for the evening were: Isaac Adams, Kaci Bates, Taylor Billings, Colby Bonville, Matt Bouchard, Charlotte Carrier, Kacie Chapman, Meghann Collins, Griffin Guerrette, Taylor Hedrich, Gavin Hemphill, Joseph Michaud, Libby Moreau, Rolen Mortland, Austin Plourde, Riley Roderick, Kerstee Spooner, and Alec Staples.
Club members who could not attend were: Molly Kingsbury and Madelyn Wing.
During the evening the club expressed appreciation to the many businesses and individuals who donated items for their auction.
