Our group met on Nov. 2 for our annual harvest dinner. We all feasted on turkey and all the extras including pies, brownies and an assortment of molded salads.
After the dinner the business meeting was opened in regular form by our vice president, Darrell Hartin, in the absence of our president, Rich Camire. We planned our Christmas party on Dec. 7, and decided on having finger foods on that day.
After adjournment we played the bag game.
Members present were Patti Butler, Dick Shean, Darrell and Sherry Hartin, Dave and Sheila Emery, Keith and Esther Harvey, Barney and Marci Coursey, Darlene Hartin, Deannie Smith, Mary Lawler, Gloria Noyes, Edith Dwyer, Iona Nadeau, Verna Boone, Terry Dwyer, Ellie Peck, Jeanne Clements and new member, Bill Frehill.
Our next meeting will fall on Nov. 16, and Deannie Smith will entertain with karaoke, and we will play Bingo. All seniors are welcomed. The potluck meal begins at 11 a.m.
