Tonight the Chapman Ridge Runners Snowmobile Club’s board of directors will meet at the clubhouse at 6 p.m.
For fun and good eating, the Ridge Runners will hold a potluck dinner for members on Friday, Dec. 9, at the clubhouse. There will be the traditional Yankee Swap of gifts brought by members.
During the evening, the group will discuss the annual January fundraising auction. Members are encouraged to attend the evening’s supper.
Property taxes due
Residents of Mapleton, Chapman and Castle Hill are reminded that property taxes need to be paid by office close on Dec. 29, 2017, to avoid penalties.
Time to Renew Dog Tags
2018 Dog tags are now available at the town office. Remember dogs need to be registered by January 31, 2018. Owners of all dogs registered after Jan. 31, 2018, will be assessed a $25 late fee.
