PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – Roberta “Bobbi” R. Currier, 78, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2017, at The Presque Isle Rehab & Nursing Center. She was born on September 18, 1939, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Harry and Ruth (Cook) Rand.
Bobbi was a graduate of Presque Isle High School, Valedictorian of her Class of 1957. She also attended Aroostook State Teachers College.
She was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. Bobbi is survived by her three children, Michelle and husband, Tyler of Mapleton, Christi of Presque Isle, Nathaniel and husband, Javier of Denver, Colorado. Also survived by her four grandchildren, Jeramy and wife, Melissa, Jordan and wife, Catharine, Liza and Samantha; great-grandchildren, Jackson and Taylor; brother, Steven and wife, Anna of Standish, Maine; cousins, nieces and nephews; and by her second family at Presque Isle Rehab & Nursing Center.
Bobbi was predeceased by her infant son, Jeffery; her parents; her husband, Dwynal; and two grandsons, Brad and Gage. There was a private service for her family on December 2, 2017, with Pastor John DeFelice officiating. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.duncan-graves.com
