Borderview Rehab of Van Buren recently received a U.S. News & World Report “Best” ranking for 2017-18. The publication ranked 15,215 nursing homes in the United States, and of those, 2,286 earned the “best” designation for top performance. U.S. News based its ratings are based on the Centers for Medicaid Services five-star ratings, modifying the system to emphasize medical quality measures and rehab services.
