ASHLAND, Maine – Richard L. Dubay, 81, passed away on Friday evening, January 12, 2018, at The Aroostook Health Center in Mars Hill. He was born on July 7, 1936, in Ashland, the son of John and Audrey (Murphy) Dubay.
He worked as a wood worker at Big Brook Lumber Co. He is survived by four sisters, Frances Paradis of Southington, CT, Catherine Buck of Chapman, Ada Boutot of Brookton, and Ann Williams of Castle Hill; several nieces and nephews, and a friend, Annice Boyles, of Ashland. He was predeceased by three sisters, Edwina Buck, Geraldine Eastman, and Loretta Collins.
A graveside service and celebration of life will be held in the Spring of 2018 in Ashland. Online condolences may be shared at
