To the editor:
Today all over the world people are searching for peace. Peace of mind from the daily trials and frustrations of daily living. Peace from war and rumors of war. Peace that hunger, sickness and pain will no longer be part of our lives.
World leaders, engineers, scientists, and the list goes on, work every day trying to find ways to bring peace to the world, but it always seems to be just beyond their reach.
Mankind was given an unfinished world and every generation for thousands of years has tried to make it a perfect place to live. But all have failed. Is there still hope for the world? Yes I believe there is and I pray each day that 2018 will be the year peace will not only come to America but the entire world.
