WASHBURN, Maine – Evelyn N. Woodman, 95, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle. She was born on Feb. 26, 1922, in Patten, the daughter of Everett and Eula (Smith) Cunningham.
She did ceramics and was an instructor for ceramics for 25 years. Evelyn was a member of the Washburn Methodist Church. She is survived by a son, Dana Woodman of Washburn, two daughters, Janet Young and her partner, Bob Nagle, of Windham, Betty Jo Sjoberg of Colorado Springs, CO; five grandchildren, Bradley, Ryan, Lauren, Jeremiah, and Sarah, two great-grandchildren, Silas and Grace; her caregiver, Judy Campbell and her nurse, Rhonda McNeil Bell, and Victoria Grover, her physician assistant for over 40 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Llewellyn, in 1999, a son, Stuart Woodman, in 1970, and a brother, Charles Cunningham and his wife, Crystal.
A graveside service will be held at Crouseville Cemetery in the spring. Donations may be made in her memory to Lidstone Memorial Methodist Church, P.O.
