Southern Aroostook to hold open house tonight

DYER BROOK, Maine — Southern Aroostook Community School will hold an open house Tuesday, Feb. 6, from 6-8 p.m. to allow members of the public to tour the school.

According to Superintendent Todd LeRoy, the purpose of the open house is to provide citizens with an opportunity to see a number of maintenance issue that need attention by the school district.

Among the items needing replacement are the school’s furnace, fire alarm system, lighting upgrades and roof.
