The Houlton Council of Catholic Women once again filled Valentine bags for 40 shut ins. Each individual receives a bag of sweet treats along with a bag of fruit. The council has been providing the special valentines for over 30 years. Milford Clark of Tennessee, a brother of three council members, has given a generous monetary donation toward this project for several years.
