MARS HILL, Maine — In their efforts to provide students with multiple pathways to meet their goals with standards-based education, the faculty and administration of Central Aroostook Jr.-Sr. High School invite students to attend Winter School.
Winter School began Feb. 5 and is available to both junior high and high school students Monday through Thursday from 2:30 to 5 p.m. The program is offered until the end of February, and is geared towards students who are behind on one or more learning goal from the first semester.
Students will be able to work with their teachers to improve their learning goal(s) scores, and are encouraged to attend if they have earned below proficiency at their grade level.
