Dwayne and Lynn Dow were recognized during halftime of the Thursday, Feb. 8, girls game against Easton as Washburn District High School’s Fans of the Year for the 2017-18 season. The Dows have been longtime fans of the athletic programs, supporting athletes and coaches they have known from their neighborhood, church and the community. They were presented with sweatshirts, lifetime passes to all WDHS athletic events and a gift card to Governor’s Restaurant. They will also have their names engraved on a plaque in the school’s trophy case.
