Dream Team undefeated entering men’s league playoffs

CARIBOU, Maine — The regular season in the Caribou Men’s Basketball League is nearly complete and the playoffs are set to begin Feb. 26, with the Dream Team entering as the top seed with a perfect 16-0 record.

Caribou Eye Care stands at 9-7 and Griffeth Ford is third at 8-7, followed by Loring Job Corps (4-12) and Country Farms Market (2-13).

The final regular season game will be played at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19, between Griffeth Ford and Country Farms Market.

The bracket for the double-elimination playoffs has Loring Job Corps playing Country Farms Market on Feb. 26 at 7 p.m., with Caribou Eye Care and Griffeth Ford battling at 8 p.m.

The Dream Team will play the winner of the Loring Job Corps-Country Farms Market game on Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. and the first loser’s bracket game tips at 8 p.m. that evening.

The playoffs will continue with the championship game on March 12 at 7 p.m., with the “if necessary” game planned March 14 at 8 p.m.
