BLANCHE M. MICHAUD, OAKFIELD – Blanche M. Michaud crossed over the River Jordan on February 20, 2018, to be with her Lord. She was born on June 20, 1932.
She was the daughter of Charles and Arvilla Marley.
She attended Oakfield Bethel Pentecostal Church in Oakfield, where she ministered in song to the area nursing homes. Blanche’s greatest joy was singing hymns, praising the Lord, and spending time with family and friends in the “Paradise Island.”
In her later years she enjoyed visits from her Pastor Sterling Lawrence.
She is survived by her two daughters, Gloria and her husband, Ervin Clark, Tonya and her husband, Will Hogan, and her half-sister, Janet Hardy; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edwin, brothers, Milford and Frank Marley, and half-sister, Mirna Kinney.
Friends may call on Saturday, February 24, 2018, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at the Oakfield Bethel Pentecostal Church, where the funeral will be held at 1 p.m. A time of refreshment will be held after the funeral.
Committal Service will be held in the Spring. Arrangements by Dunn Funeral Home, Houlton.
