PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – Wayne M. Soucie, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 17, 2018, at the Aroostook Medical Center.
He was born on Feb. 5, 1957, in Nuremburg, Germany, the son of Leo and Viola (Clavette) Soucie.
He served in the US Army. Wayne worked various jobs, at Converse Shoe and at Columbia Forest Products in Presque Isle.
He is survived by his son, Nicholas Soucie and his wife, Terra, of Presque Isle, two daughters, Jasmine Soucie of Bangor, and April Soucie of Mars Hill, two brothers, Edward Soucie of Caribou, and Rick Soucie and his wife, Eileen, of Whittier, NC, and four grandchildren.
A graveside service with military honors was held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23, 2018, at Maine Veterans Cemetery Caribou. Online condolences may be shared at www.duncan-graves.com
