PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – Carolan J. Strout, 83, passed away on March 11, 2018, at her residence. She was born on March 6, 1935, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Wilford and Marqerite (Downing) Trafton.
She enjoyed camping and cooking. She is survived by a daughter, Betty Ann Strout of Las Vegas, NV, a son, Lawrence E. Strout Jr. and his wife, Carole, of Los Angeles, CA, a sister, Cynthia Bradfield of Portland, Oregon. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence E. Strout Sr., and a brother, Richard Downing.
