CARIBOU, Maine – Donald E. Nedeau, 76, died on March 15, 2018, at Caribou. He was born in Dexter on May 8, 1941, the son of the late Wilbur and Janette (Beals) Nedeau.
He attended the Caribou Schools, was a member of the Gray Memorial United Methodist Church, and volunteered numerous hours at the Caribou Nursing Home. Donnie enjoyed visiting with customers and helping around the shop with his father at the family business, Nedeau’s Welding and Machine Shop in Caribou.
He is survived by his twin brother, Ronald, of Caribou, his sister, Bonnie Haywood, of Cedar Hill, TX; a nephew, Dean Haywood, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Perry Haywood, and a nephew, Dale Haywood.
Friends may call at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, where services will be held at 5:00 p.m. with Rev. Timothy Wilcox and Pastor Lawrence Beals, officiating. Interment will be in the Woodland Cemetery. www.mocklerfuneralhome.com
