When the Oakfield Senior Citizens met at the Smoki-Haulers Snowmobile Club for their last meeting in March, they found the dining room decorated with a St. Patrick’s Day theme. Thanks to Marie for her many appropriate decorations for each holiday and her time to share them with us.
Wannetta Townsend was the winner of the 50/50.
A short business meeting was called to order by President Bob Locke, followed by the Lord’s Prayer and the Flag Salute.
After another delicious potluck luncheon our guest, David Fox, entertained with music accompanied by his keyboard.
Attending were Marie Gillotti, Bob and Delores Locke, Arlene Friel, Don and Charlotte Marley, Verna Boone, Wannetta Townsend, George Barrow, Iona Nadeau, Kathleen Boutilier, Naci Fowler, Alma Russell, Earle and Lottie Doughty, Barbara Doughty, Mildred Gagnon and David Fox.
The next meeting will be at the Snowmobile Club on April 4 at 11:30 a.m. All seniors are invited to join us for a potluck, a short business meeting and entertainment.
