Damian D. Simoneau, 24, Charleston: probation violation, 28 months in prison, probation revoked.
Ryan Tourk, 20, Presque Isle: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $500 fine.
Brian C. Marchant, 57, Wade: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 72 hours in jail.
Douglas Piper, 53, Washburn: operating under the influence (alcohol), $600 fine, 30 days in jail.
Ariel R. Stiggle-Wright, 27, Presque Isle: forgery, 15 days in jail.
Joshua D. Kinney, 31, Easton: domestic violence terrorizing, 280 days in jail.
Harley D. Simon, 38, Woodland: misuse of public benefits instrument, 10 days in jail, $1,091.78 restitution.
Damian D. Simoneau, 24, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, 28 months in prison; failing to stop for officer, six months in jail; refuse to submit to arrest or detention, refuse to stop, six months in jail.
William J. Sullivan, Sr., 55, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Jonathan B. Monahan, 56, Woodland: reckless conduct, 30 months in prison all but 40 days suspended, two years’ probation.
Shane M. Donahue, 31, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 60 days in jail.
Amy E. Hartley, 39, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $500 costs.
Carrie L. Wade, 35, Washburn: violating condition of release, $250 fine, 24 hours in jail.
Codie Troy Robbins, 25, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 118 days in jail (two counts); criminal trespass, 364 days in prison all but 118 days suspended, one year probation, $75 restitution; assault, $300 fine, 118 days in jail; violating condition of release, 118 days in jail; criminal mischief, 118 days in jail.
