Good news for Aroostook. I had the good fortune of being flown from Presque Isle to Boston’s Logan Airport and back on April 4 for medical appointments thanks to Patient Air Lift Services (PALS). That was my sixth flight with PALS and counting.
Forget Newark, New Jersey, because the pilot, who flew me on his new jet aircraft and his co-pilot, who is from my home town, both volunteers with PALS, asked me to get the word out that they will make every effort to transport patients needing medical attention in Boston ( only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays because they do benevolent flying in other states as well.)

Good news, indeed.
