Finally, golf is being played at Va Jo Wa. All 18 holes are open and are in good shape other than still being wet in a few spots. Cart rentals are available for all 18 holes, but must be kept on lines and paths due to soggy conditions.
We are planning of having a nine hole two ball this Thursday, May 10, at 5:15 p.m. open to all who would like to participate. The cost is $5 entry and includes pins.
Spring clean up day went well. A special thanks to all who helped out, especially, Everett Boutilier, Clay Halliday, Steve and Conner Walker who went beyond the norm.
The Slice at Va Jo Wa will be having specials for Moms this Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. as well as our regular Thursday all you can eat boneless wings; Friday Fish Fry; and Saturday 2 for $25 specials. Reservations are encouraged for Mothers Day.
