YORK, PA – Lester E. Philbrook, 69, entered into rest Wednesday May 9, 2018 at his home in York, PA. He was the husband of Mary E. (Watson) Philbrook for 17 years. Mr. Lester E. Phibrook was born November 23, 1948 in Washburn, Maine, a son of the late Leslie B. and Bertha Mae (Haines) Philbrook. He was employed as a laborer. Lester is survived by his wife; his children Peggy Carney, and Lester Glenn Philbrook and his wife Amy; 2 grandsons Dustin and Trevor Carney; a great-grandson Kyler Carney; 2 sisters Arlene Belanger and Mavis her husband Gary Page; several nieces and nephew. He was predeceased by his brother Marvin Philbrook. Burial will be private. A Go-Fund-Me page is being established. The John W.
