PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Central Aroostook Soil and Water Conservation District will hold its 76th annual meeting and awards banquet on Wednesday, June 16, at the Presque Isle Fish and Game Club.
The district will honor Andrew Ketch of Woodland as the 2018 Conservation Farmer of the Year for his diverse farming operation.
The evening will begin with a social hour at 4 p.m., along with live music. Dinner will include a chicken barbecue, pig roast, bean-hole beans and more. Tommy Drew will entertain as auctioneer for the annual fundraising auction.
The Fish and Game Club is located at 360 Parsons Rd. RSVP by calling the district office at 760-4602 by June 8.
