- At the Ashland District School’s spring sports awards night on June 18, Sam Craig, left, was named Rookie of the Year and Alex Kaiser was named Most Valuable Player. Coach Jordan Beaulier presented Kaiser with a special bat that was given to Beaulier his senior year by his then head coach and current assistant coach, Dan Cote. This season, Kaiser hit five home runs and carried a .568 batting average and was invited to play in the Maine Baseball Coaches Association Class C-D All-Star Game.
