FORT KENT, Maine — A group of 137 golfers participated in the third Upper St. John Valley Seniors men’s tournament, held at the Fort Kent Golf Club Wednesday, July 11. The top three gross and net scorers from each of the six divisions are as follows:
Division A: first gross, Warren Walker, Va Jo Wa, 71; first net, Dave Plourde, Edmundston, 68; second gross, Jerry York, Houlton, 71; second net, Dan Hotham, Presque Isle, 71; third gross, Jean Dionne, Edmundston, 77; and third net, Allan Hebert, Long Lake, 72.
Division B: first gross, Medard Soucy, Fort Kent, 75; first net, Greg Cyr, Fort Kent, 67; second gross, Norval Sappier, Aroostook Valley, 76; second net, Tom Davidson, Aroostook Valley, 69; third gross, Richard Flowers, Houlton, 79; and third net, Ray Mersereau, Mars Hill, 73.
Division C: first gross, Mike Glew, Long Lake, 67; first net, Phil Thibeault, Long Lake, 72; second gross, Paul Breau, Edmundston, 73; second net, Dean Larrabee, Mars Hill, 73; third gross, Colin Craig, 73; and third net, Mac Wilson, Hartland, 74.
