ENFIELD, Connecticut — Farm Credit East recently presented Emily Lagerstrom of Presque Isle with a $1,500 scholarship.
Lagerstrom studies business administration and financial economics at the University of Maine at Orono. She plans a career in agribusiness.
The agricultural lending cooperative, which has an office in Presque Isle, awarded $49,500 in college scholarships to 32 students, including three from Maine.
