The Easton PTO will hold their first meeting of the year on Tuesday, Sept. 4, at 6 p.m. in the Easton Elementary School Library.
Childcare will be provided. They extend the invitation to anyone wanting to be involved. Whether you are a parent, grandparent or community member, all are welcome. The group will discuss our plans for the year and would love your input.
They also want to ask that everyone save and send in the “Boxtops for Education” labels that appear on many products, including cereal, granola bars, frozen products, computer paper, etc. For a complete list of products visit their website at boxtops4education.com.
The PTO is able to use this money to provide many “extras” to the deserving students at Easton schools. If you do not have a child in school, boxtops may be dropped off at the office of either school. If you have a child in school, send your boxtops in with your student in a baggie or on a sheet of paper, labeled with your child’s name, grade, teacher, and how many boxtops are included.
Any questions about the meeting, call the Easton Elementary Office at 488-7700, or 488-7701. Come be a part of something that makes a difference in the lives of children.
