WOODLAND, Maine – David C. Cochran, 75, died on August 27, 2018, at Caribou. He was born in Woodland on October 24, 1942, the son of the late Clyde and Cora (Dickerson) Cochran.
David was employed by Logerstrom Farms for many years. He loved the outdoors, was an avid sportsman and enjoyed gardening around his house. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Grayden Cochran of Standish, Doris and Merlin Orser of Oil City, Penn., Coralie and Henry Skidgel of Woodland, Jeff and Sandy Cochran of Caribou, Greta and Bud Madore of Barneveld, NY, and Betty Johnson of Somers, Conn.; as well as many nieces and nephews. David was predeceased by his parents, his lifelong partner, Brenda Morin, and his siblings, Maxine Landeen Anderson, Arnold Cochran, Marilyn Sellers, and Geraldine Doody.
Graveside military honor services were held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 1, 2018, from the New Sweden Cemetery. Arrangements are by Mockler Funeral Home. www.mocklerfuneralhome.com
