Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1% and skim milk.

Thursday, Sept. 27 — French toast sticks, chilled fruit.
Friday, Sept. 28 — Fruited wheat muffin, yogurt, fresh fruit.
Monday, Oct. 1 — Oatmeal toast, yogurt, chilled fruit.
Tuesday, Oct. 2 — Waffle, sausage patty, fresh fruit.
Wednesday, Oct. 3 — French toast sticks, yogurt, chilled fruit.
SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch
All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.
Wednesday, Sept. 26 — Chickenburger with whole-wheat bun, celery sticks.
Thursday, Sept. 27 — Lasagna with ground beef, wheat rolls, raw broccoli, corn.
Friday, Sept. 28 — Barbecue pulled pork on whole-wheat bun, garden salad, baby carrots.
Monday, Oct. 1 — Stuffed crust cheese pizza, baby spinach/strawberries, raw broccoli.
Tuesday, Oct. 2 — Shepherd’s pie, wheat rolls, California blend/cheese, baby carrots.
Wednesday, Oct. 3 — Barbecue chicken breast, oatmeal rolls, Maine mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, garden salad, garbanzo beans, cranberry sauce.

Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.

Friday, Sept. 28 — Barbecue pulled pork on whole-wheat bun, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce.
Monday, Oct. 1 — Barbecue chicken breast, oatmeal rolls, stuffing, Maine mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, cranberry sauce.
Tuesday, Oct. 2 — Shepherd’s pie, wheat rolls, California blend.
Wednesday, Oct. 3 — Build a sandwich, chicken noodle soup, crackers.
