Christopher A. Sam, 30, Hartford, Vermont, operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, $1,000 fine, 12 months in jail.
Lynn Nieber, 37, Presque Isle: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, dismissed; furnishing liquor to minor, dismissed; unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, 75 days in jail.
Nathan G. Larson, 38, Caribou: aggravated assault, dismissed.
Jodi S. Smith, 32, Presque Isle: operating under the influence (drugs or combo), one prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation, license suspended three years.
Becca Reynolds, 52, Bangor: domestic violence assault, 10 months in prison, all suspended, two years probation.
Nathan D. Voisine, 30, Easton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, six years in prison all but 18 months suspended, two years probation, $170 restitution.
