Irma De’Tour (Porter)

BANGOR AND PATTEN, Maine – Irma De’Tour (Porter), Bangor and Patten, 96, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2018. She was born September 28, 1922, to Eva Porter (Giles) and Wesley Porter.
She was predeceased by her husband, David; children, Wyland and Jeneanne; and siblings, Clint, Arnold, Wesley Jr., Robert, and Betty. She is survived by siblings, Raymond and Maxine; children Wesley, Michael, Michaeline, Annette, Wendall, Glenn, and Paula. She was loved dearly by her 26 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
She loved to sew and was known for the Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls that she created for those she loved most.
Graveside service will be held at Patten Cemetery on Saturday, November 3rd at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Frank Randall officiating. Online condolences may be made to www.bowersfuneral.com.
