PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The University of Maine Cooperative Extension will offer a soil and agronomy workshop on Wednesday, Dec. 5, at the University of Maine Presque Isle Campus Center, 181 Main Street, Presque Isle, Maine.
The workshop will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CCA credits have been applied for the full day, and the Board of Pesticide Control will award pesticide credits also.
The workshop includes three sessions. Session 1 will address Soil Fertility and Agronomy, Session 2 will focus on Diseases and Insects, and session 3 will be Soil Health. A group panel will discuss emerging issues discovered during the 2018 growing season.
