ROSSIGNOL-PLOURDE — A boy, Xander Gabriel Allen Rossignol-Plourde, born on Nov. 14, 2018, to Ashley Plourde and Dagon Rossignol of Fort Kent. Maternal grandparents are Donna Ireland and Mark Plourde of Presque Isle. Paternal grandparents are Kelly and Shawn Rossignol of Caribou.
