The Purple Hat ladies traveled to the Smoki-Haulers Snowmobile Club in Oakfield for their annual Christmas party.
The dining room was festive with lots of bright and shiny Christmas decorations and a beautiful large Christmas tree.
After a delicious “boiled dinner” luncheon and raspberry dessert, the PH ladies started their business meeting. Everyone learned their “Elf Name.” The meeting schedule for next year was compiled. Bernice and Brenda were in charge of the gift exchange. Lots of fun and interesting gifts were enjoyed.
The beautiful floral arrangements provided by the Smoki-Haulers Club were given to the following lucky members: Marie Gillotti, Betty Wyman, Brenda Lacostic, Wannetta Townsend.
Several Mad Libs were completed and then read to the group.
Members look forward to next year and all the good times to come.
