PORTLAND, Maine — Bishop Robert P. Deeley of will celebrate midnight Mass and a 10 a.m. Mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland on Christmas Day.
The bishop will also celebrate a Mass for residents and families at Saint Joseph’s Rehabilitation and Residence in Portland on Christmas Eve at 4 p.m., and a Mass for women inmates at the Maine Correctional Center in Windham on Christmas Eve morning. Local clergy, who celebrate Masses throughout the year at the correctional center, will preside at a Mass for the men inmates on Christmas Eve morning.
