A: (010119-1) Council appoints Marian L. Anderson as Town Manager pursuant to Section 301 of the Town of Houlton Charter and fixes her compensation, said appointment is further subject to other conditions of employment as negotiated between the Town and in the Memorandum of Agreement, which is effective February 11, 2019, also Council authorizes the Chairman of the Town Council to sign all documents pertaining to said agreement.
B: (010119-2) Council confirms the Town Manager’s appointment of the Town Manager as Emergency Management Director for the Town of Houlton.
