PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Maine Warden Service is hosting an informational meeting in Presque Isle on Thursday, April 4, to discuss the career of a warden and answer audience questions.
The session, one of several offered statewide, will take place from 6-8 p.m. at the Presque Isle Police Department.
Game wardens will be on hand to help prepare applicants by covering the necessary skills required, detailing the hiring process and explaining the educational, law enforcement and search and rescue mission of the Maine Warden Service.
