CARIBOU, Maine — The Caribou and Presque Isle Parks and Recreation Departments will conduct the first organizational meeting for men’s and co-ed softball on Tuesday April 16, at the Sargent Family Community Center.
The co-ed meeting starts at 5:30 p.m., while the men’s league meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30pm. Both meetings will be held at the Sargent Family Community Center in Presque Isle.
Any team wishing to participate in either league this summer should have a representative at the meeting. Anyone who is not on a team and wishes to play may call either the Caribou Recreation Center at 493-4224 or the Presque Isle Recreation Center at 764-2545 to get their names on a list that will be passed on to the team representatives at the meeting.
League rules, dues and starting dates and location of play will be discussed and all necessary paperwork will be given to each team representative.
