Colby College student Isabelle Wright of Blaine received a $1,000 scholarship from the Legislative Memorial Scholarship Fund on April 11. One recipient from each Maine county earned a scholarship. The Maine Senate in Augusta hosted the presentation. Wright was accompanied in the Senate chamber by her parents, Tracy and Edward. From left are Legislative Committee Chair Sen.
