Welcome to the ATV trail report. This has been something that I have been wanting to do for some time now and, well, here it is. With the popularity of summer trail riding, this report will give all the necessary information pertaining to all County clubs.
Mother Nature has certainly been giving the area clubs a hard time to just get out and inspect trails for the upcoming season. Many projects still have snow on some of their sections, while others are now encountering beaver issues and downed trees.
But wait — there is good news, after all. The state has given the green light to allow the projects with rail bed trails to open for the long Memorial Day weekend. This is for rail trails only, as the side trails are still not ready for traffic. So please use caution as some of the side trails might not have the red closed signs up.
Caution should be used as there are a few soft spots on sections of trail that doesn’t get much sunshine.
