ISLAND FALLS, Maine — The VaJoWa Golf Course will host a Flag Day tournament on Thursday, July 4.
Golfers can start at anytime during the day as long as they can get 18 holes in. Golfers can play with whomever they want. Each player will be given a flag at the beginning of the round and a target score (the players handicap-plus 72). Once the player has hit his target score, they place the flag where that shot ends. Golfers must tee off by noon. The cost is $10 per person.
