PRESQUE ISLE, Maine (July 2, 2019) – U.S. Cellular has promoted Jody Doughty of Caribou to store manager at the Presque Isle store, located at 733 Main St.
In this role, Doughty is responsible for leading his team of wireless technology experts to help customers select the devices, plans and consumer electronics to best meet their needs. He brings over 11 years of wireless experience to the position.
“At U.S. Cellular we work hard to ensure our associates are equipped with the knowledge needed to help customers make informed decisions about their wireless service,” said Matt Kasper, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in New England.
“I am excited for Jody to lead our Presque Isle store and I’m confident that his leadership skills will guide our team to help customers in the area with their technology needs.”
Doughty joined the company in 1998. Most recently he served as sales manager at the Presque Isle location.
He attended the University of Maine at Presque Isle and earned a degree in medical laboratory technology and biology.
He lives in Caribou with his two children, Jensen and Braxton.
Doughty enjoys the outdoors with his children, skiing, hiking, gardening, as well as cooking for others.
