LIMESTONE, Maine — The Pleasant Ridge Riders Snowmobile Club held its first-ever four-person mixed scramble golf tournament on Saturday, Aug. 31, at the Limestone Country Club.
According to club Vice President Frank LaFave, 12 teams from Aroostook County and New Brunswick registered to play. Prizes were awarded for gross, net, and closest to the pin, and a 2020 Yamaha Viper Snowmobile was the hole-in-one prize.
Tournament results follow.
Gross: First place, York, Allen, Drysdale and Drysdale with a score of 60; second, Beaulieu, Rossignol, Cyr and Rioux, 63; and third, Pearson, Shaw, Gee and Titus, 63.
Net: First place, Oneil, Gardiner, Gardiner and Miller, 47; second, Catman, Caron, Morrell and Griffith, 50; and third, Lavigne, Cote, Beaulieu, and Spooner, 51.
Closest to the Pin: Mike Rioux.
