Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1% and skim milk.

Thursday, Sept. 26 — French toast sticks, maple syrup, chilled fruit.
Friday, Sept. 27 — Fruited wheat muffin, yogurt, fresh fruit.
Monday, Sept. 30 — Oatmeal, toast, yogurt.
Tuesday, Oct. 1 — Waffle/syrup, sausage patty.
Wednesday, Oct. 2 — French toast sticks, maple syrup, yogurt, chilled fruit.
SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch
All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.
Wednesday, Sept. 25 — Chickenburger with whole-wheat bun, celery sticks/dressing, chilled fruit.
Thursday, Sept. 26 — Lasagna with ground beef, wheat rolls, raw broccoli/dressing, corn, chilled fruit.
Friday, Sept. 27 — Barbecue pulled pork on whole-wheat bun, garden salad, baby carrots/dressing, chilled fruit.
Monday, Sept. 30 — Chicken fingers, wheat rolls, Ovation french fries, corn, fresh fruit cup.
Tuesday, Oct. 1 — Salisbury steak, wheat rolls, Maine mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans.
Wednesday, Oct. 2 — Chicken supreme, garden salad, ranch dressing, garbanzo beans, cranberry sauce.

Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.

Friday, Sept. 27 — Pizzaburger with roll, steamed broccoli/cheese.
Monday, Sept. 30 — Cheese lunch-a-round, chicken fingers, Ovation french fries, California blend/cheese, fresh fruit cup.
Tuesday, Oct. 1 — Salisbury steak, Maine mashed potatoes, brown gravy, wheat rolls, corn, chilled fruit.
Wednesday, Oct. 2 — Build a sandwich, salad bar, chicken noodle soup, crackers, chilled fruit.
