Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1% and skim milk.

Thursday, Oct. 10 — Maple oatmeal, multigrain bagel, cream cheese, fresh assorted fruit.
Friday, Oct. 11 — Shire flapjack, fresh assorted fruit.
Monday, Oct. 14 — Holiday.
Tuesday, Oct. 15 — Oatmeal, spiced muffin, assorted chilled fruit.
Wednesday, Oct. 16 — Toasted oatmeal/ brown bread, egg round, assorted fresh fruit.
SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch
All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.
Wednesday, Oct. 9 — Turkey and cheese wrap with lettuce, tomato, corn chowder and crackers.
Thursday, Oct. 10 — Chicken parmesan over pasta, garlic bread sticks, baby carrots, Caesar salad.
Friday, Oct. 11 — Fish portions and sticks, french fries, garden salad.
Monday, Oct. 14 — Holiday.
Tuesday, Oct. 15 — Soft tacos, lettuce, tomato, corn, kidney beans.
Wednesday, Oct. 16 — Tuna wrap, lettuce, pasta salad.
SAD 29 Jr./Sr. High School Lunch
Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, a variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.
Wednesday, Oct. 9 — Build a sandwich, salad bar, cream of broccoli and cheese soup, crackers.
Thursday, Oct. 10 — Chicken burger, whole wheat bun, salad bar.
Friday, Oct. 11 — Fish burger, salad bar, french fries.
Monday, Oct. 14 — Holiday.
Tuesday, Oct. 15 — Soft shell taco, refried beans, top a taco/salad bar.
Wednesday, Oct. 16 — Build a sandwich, salad bar, hamburger chili.
