The PurpleHat ladies met at the Brookside Restaurant in Smyrna for their October session. The business meeting was first on the agenda and began with singing Happy Birthday to Arlene Friel.
There was no monthly drawing at this meeting. We completed the menu for our Christmas party. Marie shared some thoughts about next year’s events. Several members were absent because of illness.
Everyone was sharing the beauty of the Autumn colors of the trees as they traveled to Smyrna.
