CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of June.
Stephen C. Shepherd, 64, Auburn: unlawful sexual contact, eight years in prison all but three years suspended, three years probation; probation violation, five years in prison all suspended, two years probation.
Michael Conroy, 28, Canaan: probation violation, 12 years in prison all but one year suspended, four years probation.
Andrew M. McLaughlin, 24, Perham: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Riley J. Hall, 21, Presque Isle: probation violation, nine months in jail, probation revoked; probation violation, nine months in jail, probation revoked.
Philip H. Chasse, 42, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Micah McCarthy, 26, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine, 24 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
Russell J. Hafford, 55, Allagash: operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, 150-day license suspension.
Jonathan Limary, 24, Presque Isle: manslaughter, 16 years in prison all but 45 months suspended, four years probation, $2,519 restitution; aggravated assault, 45 months in prison.
Amanda M. Alward, 38, Westmanland: domestic violence assault, 10 days in jail; aggravated assault, two years in prison all but 10 days suspended, two years probation, $6,115 restitution.
Matthew D. Salmin, 38, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), two priors, $1100 fine, 18 months in jail all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, six-year license suspension, registration suspension.
Wayne Neeley Sr., 38, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of methamphetamine, $400 fine, 80 days in jail; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30 days in jail, 30-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; eluding an officer, 80 days in jail.
Troy C. Blier, 31, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, 15 months one day in prison all but six months suspended, two years probation, $4,424.70 restitution; driving to endanger, dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in jail, $4,424.70 restitution.
Easton C. Bull, 41, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, eight years in prison all but 18 months suspended, three years probation, $2796.90 restitution; domestic violence assault, nine months and one day in prison; domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; criminal mischief, nine months and one day in prison; reckless conduct, one year in prison.
