CARIBOU, Maine — A family from Limestone had an extra special gift under their Christmas tree this year with the birth of their new baby girl, which represented the 200th delivery at Cary Medical Center for 2019.
Freya Piper Moulton was born at 7:09 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 26, to Chelsea and Alexander Moulton of Limestone. Freya weighed 5 pounds, 5.5 ounces and was 18-1/4 inches long. She was delivered by Dr. Yesim Kural and Kim Martin, a family nurse practitioner and certified nurse midwife with Pines Health Services.
“Cary is a family-centered organization and we recognize that childbirth is a very special time in one’s life. We have an exceptional partnership with Pines and this collaboration allows us to deliver seamless care between both organizations”, said Kris Doody, RN, Cary Medical Center and Pines Health Services CEO.
“We are absolutely thrilled and honored by families throughout The County who choose Cary and Pines as they grow their families,” Doody added.
As the 200th baby of 2019, Freya and her parents received some very special gifts from the Cary Medical Center team.
